After many years I rewatched this movie... And you can't imagine how much I laughed! Oh, this is so bad.
I mean, the first Matrix movie at least has good special effects and an interesting story. In this one (and in the third too) they decided to use more special effects and forget about the story. The fight scene and the car chase touch the border of ridiculous and I really laughed out loud.
The ending was so silly and a bit insulting to my intelligence (Neo have superpowers outside the matrix too). The architech is an annoying character who says "ergo" every 30 seconds so you think he is really smart.
Basicly, forget about the existence of these movie and Revolutions and watch "The Matrix" one or two times.

This is always the first movie that comes to my mind when someone asks me for a recommendation. A bit misunderstood, lot of people think it is a movie for perverts.
A different movie indeed. With an unique sense of humor, and great eroticism too.
You will like it or not depending if you feel related to the characters. I did. I felt how they feel. Both Maggie Gyllenhaal and James Spader give probably their best perfonmances.
To me is an extraordinary love story, but mainly it is about the importance of the love to oneself. And the possibility of finding happiness that comes from self-acceptance.
I will keep recommending it.
